Today is National Stress Awareness Day!
In a 2018 study by the Mental Health Foundation, 74% of people have felt so stressed, they have been overwhelmed or unable to cope.
Stress affects our bodies in different ways. A little stress can be good for us; to give us some added pressure in order to get tasks completed.
But too much isn’t healthy.
It’s important that we highlight how stress can impact people’s lives negatively and to educate ourselves on how to manage stress in an efficient and productive way.
